Klein Bros. Spicy Pork Cutlets


2 lbs tenderized pork cutlets

2 large eggs

¼ cup milk

12 oz. Klein Bros. Spicy Texas Trash Mix

½ cup cooking oil

Optional: Klein Bros. Mango Habanero Sauce


Lay out the pork cutlets on a plate. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl with a whisk. In a blender, blend the 12 oz. of Klein Bros. Spicy Texas Trash mix until it is the consistency of bread crumbs. Be careful not to over-blend or the peanuts can turn buttery. Place crumbs in a large bowl. Place each pork cutlet into the egg mixture until thoroughly coated. Remove and coat pork with Texas Trash crumbs until coated on all sides. Place coated pork into a fry pan containing the cooking oil. Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until juices run clear and the breading is golden brown. 

Special note: For hotter pork, omit egg and instead roll cutlets in Klein Bros. Mango Habanero Sauce prior to coating with trash mixture.
