When should I refrigerate my product?
We recommend refrigeration after opening for best results.

How long will my product stay fresh after being refrigerated?
Klein Bros. product will remain fresh in the refrigerator for 3-6 months.

Why do you include ice packs with chocolate and yogurt covered items?
The Texas heat can cause our chocolate and yogurt covered products to melt during shipment. To ensure the quality delivery of those items, ice packs will be added to orders containing chocolate or yogurt shipped during the months of April –October. Ice packs will be billed at $7.50 for your order.

What if I am not satisfied with the products I receive?
At Klein Bros. we want you to be completely satisfied. If for some reason you are not, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-KLEINTX (1-888-553-4689).

What are the hours of operation?
Regular working hours for Klein Bros. is Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Of course, our internet store is always open!

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card charges are processed at the time the order is placed. It is possible that charges may show up on your credit card statement before the order is shipped.

Is my personal information safe?
We do not retain credit card numbers or other personal information, nor do we sell any of the addresses, names or customer information obtained with your order.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. All orders are shipped via UPS except for APO addresses which are shipped via the US Post Office. On UPS orders, a tracking number will be provided upon completion of your order. You may track your order using the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation. To receive your order quicker, expedited shipping can be selected at an additional cost. UPS ships next day to most of Texas without any additional charges. No tracking information is provided on APO packages.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship international packages.
