Brown 2.5 lbs lean ground venison or beef in a large skillet or stockpot. Drain any fat off the meat.
To the browned meat add the following ingredients:
1-1 lb jar of Klein Bros. Fire Roasted Salsa
1- 14 oz can beef broth
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
1.5 to 2 Tbsp chili powder, depending on your taste
1/2 tsp paprika
8 oz Shiner Bock beer
Then, add 1-16 oz can pinto beans with juice.
Stir ingredients thoroughly and let simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Stir occasionally.
Serve this delicious chili over rice or with cornbread. It can also be served over Fritos and topped with cheddar cheese if desired.
