Crispy Cajun Pickle Sliders (with Cajun Pickle Sticks)
These Crispy Cajun Pickle Sliders bring the heat and crunch to every bite! Featuring juicy beef patties or fried chicken, spicy mayo, melted cheese, and The Native Texan Cajun Pickle Sticks, they’re perfect for tailgates, parties, or backyard barbecues.
Ingredients
(Makes 4–6 sliders)

1 lb ground beef or 4–6 small fried chicken fillets

Salt & pepper (for seasoning)

4–6 slider buns
-
4–6 slices cheddar or pepper jack cheese
-
2 tbsp spicy mayo (or regular mayo mixed with sriracha)

The Native Texan Cajun Pickle Sticks (1–2 per slider, halved)

Butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions
Form & cook patties:

If using beef, form into small slider-sized patties.

Season with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry until cooked to your desired doneness.

If using chicken, season and fry until golden and crispy.
Toast the buns:

Butter the inside of each slider bun.

Toast face down in a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the sliders:

Spread spicy mayo on the bottom bun.

Add the hot patty or chicken.

Layer on a slice of cheese and 1–2 The Native Texan Cajun Pickle Sticks.

Top with the toasted bun.
Serve hot: Press gently and serve immediately, perfect with fries or chips!
