INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs tenderized pork cutlets

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prep Your Station — Lay your pork cutlets out and let them sit at room temp while you get everything ready.

  • Whisk It Up — In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until smooth. Set aside.

  • Blend the Heat — Pour the Spicy Texas Trash into a blender. Pulse until it reaches breadcrumb texture—not too fine, or the peanuts will go buttery.

  • Coat That Pork — Dip each cutlet in the egg mixture, coating thoroughly; then press it into the crushed Texas Trash, making sure every inch is covered.

  • Want it hotter? — Skip the eggs and coat your pork directly in Mango Habanero Sauce before trashing it.

  • Fry It Golden — Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Fry each cutlet for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. You’re looking for golden-brown crust and clear juices.

  • Serve with Extra Sauce on the Side — Drizzle more Mango Habanero on top, or keep it cool with a ranch dip. Your call.
