Bake a taste of Texas with these chewy oatmeal cranberry cookies made using Klein Bros. Cranberry Mix.

Ingredients
-
1½ sticks butter, softened
-
1 cup packed brown sugar
-
¾ cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 large eggs
-
2 cups all-purpose flour
-
2 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 cup quick oats
-
12 oz Klein Bros. Cranberry Mix
Instructions
-
Heat things up — Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Cream the base — In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and well combined.
-
Add the flair — Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
-
Dry ingredients next — Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just incorporated—don’t overmix.
-
Bring on the mix-ins — Gently fold in the quick oats and Klein Bros. Cranberry Mix until evenly distributed.
-
Portion like a pro — Use a cookie scoop (or two spoons) to drop rounded dough scoops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced a couple of inches apart.
-
Bake to perfection — Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and centers are set.
-
Cool ’em down — Let cookies rest on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
