Klein Bros Southwestern Chicken Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar Klein Bros. Mango Habanero Sauce, divided

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 cups Cubed Fresh Pineapple (or 1 can, 20 oz, drained)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced

  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

  • Cooked White Rice, for serving


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Marinate the Chicken — Cube the chicken and toss it in 4 oz. of Klein Bros. Mango Habanero Sauce. Let it soak while you prep the rest.

  • Sauté the Veggies — In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced red bell pepper in olive oil until it softens.

  • Add the Pineapple — Stir in the pineapple and cook for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.

  • Stir Fry the Chicken — Add the chicken and all the marinade to the skillet. Stir often and cook until the chicken is nearly done.

  • Sauce It Up — Pour in another 8 oz. of Mango Habanero Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.

  • Finish with Cilantro — Stir in the chopped cilantro and cook just until it starts to soften.

  • Serve — Serve hot over a scoop of white rice.

  • Pro Tip — Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice just before serving for an extra zing.
