 
      Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin
Elevate your dinner with Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin — tender, juicy pork coated in a sweet, smoky, and spicy glaze. Perfect for holidays, dinner parties, or weeknight meals that deserve a gourmet Texas twist.
INGREDIENTS:

1 Package Boneless Pork Tenderloin 
- 
½ to 1 Bottle Klein Bros. Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 
- 
Optional but delicious sides: wild rice + roasted asparagus 

INSTRUCTIONS:
- 
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a jelly roll pan or rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil (trust us, cleanup is a breeze this way). 
- 
Place the tenderloin in the center of the pan. Grab a basting brush (or the back of a spoon) and coat three sides of the pork with about half the bottle of Klein Bros. Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Want more heat or sweetness? Go wild and use the whole bottle. 
- 
Insert a meat thermometer if you're using one (aim for 170ºF internal temp). No thermometer? No problem; just roast it for about 30 minutes, or until juices run clear and the meat’s firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. This locks in all those sweet, smoky juices. 
- 
Slice and serve, drizzling with more warm Klein Bros. Raspberry Chipotle Sauce if you like it messy; we sure do.
